Member Ludomir “Lou” Budzyn handles all aspects of intellectual property and has a versatile background developed from positions held as a partner at Hoffmann & Baron and as an associate at both Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Casella & Hespos, a patent researcher at Becton Dickinson & Company, and an application engineer in thermodynamic design at IMO Industries. Lou has given presentations on numerous intellectual property law topics and is a regular lecturer at the Joint Patent Practice Seminar held annually in New York City. Fields of technology include mechanical and electromechanical arts.
